Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND 4+ years advising or coaching to adults.
• Three years' experience in training development and public speaking/facilitation.
• Two years' experience supervising or overseeing delivery of social services or education programs.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government systems access.
• Home internet with speeds >3 Mbps in both directions.
• Strong technology and research skills; ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Positive, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Active listener to interpret client needs and provide support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness in a fast-paced contact center environment to support military spouses.
• Receive initial calls from military spouses via live hand off using call center tech.
• Receive incoming live chats from military spouses and assess needs.
• Provide education and career advising including online education opportunities and financial aid resources.
• Provide credentialing information for select career fields and schedule career coaching appointments.
• Assist with administration of a DoD scholarship program and maintain case management systems.
