Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Career Advisor for a remote opportunity (work from home).

The role supports military spouses through the SpouseWorks program, delivering education and career coaching and connecting applicants to education and employment opportunities. You will operate in a fast-paced contact center, provide resources, schedule coaching, and manage client profiles and scholarship accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of advising or coaching experience.
• Experience in training development, public speaking, or facilitation preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for government systems access.
• Strong technology and research skills with ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain readiness in a fast-paced contact center to support military spouses.
• Receive initial calls from spouses via live hand-off and from live chats.
• Assess needs and provide government-approved resources and education options.
• Provide credentialing information and guidance on online education and funding.
• Schedule career coaching appointments and maintain profiles and scholarship data.
• Assist with website access and administration of scholarship programs.
