Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in education or career advising, plus strong communication and research skills. U.S. citizenship is required; a full-time training schedule is expected for 6–8 weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years advising or coaching to adults.
• Three years' experience in training development and delivery, public speaking, and facilitation.
• Two years' experience supervising or overseeing delivery of social services or education programs.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government systems access.
• Home internet with speeds >3 Mbps (upload/download).
• Strong technology and research skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

• Support military spouses in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Receive initial calls from spouses via live hand-off using call center tech.
• Handle incoming live chats from spouses.
• Assess needs and connect to government-approved resources and education options.
