Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Career Advisor to join the SECO program on a full-time remote basis, supporting military spouses with education and career opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of advising experience, strong communication and research skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. Candidates must reside in the United States and be available for a full-time training period of 6–8 weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of advising or coaching experience.
• Three years' experience in training development and delivery, public speaking, and facilitation.
• Two years' experience supervising or overseeing delivery of social services or education programs.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Home internet with speeds >3 Mbps required.
• Strong technology and research skills; ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Receive initial calls from military spouses via live hand-off using call center tech.
• Receive incoming live chats from military spouses.
• Assess needs and provide government-approved resources.
• Provide education and career advising, including info on online education and financial assistance resources.
