Job Title: Remote Care Technician

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Atlanta, GA

Work Type: Onsite, 8 am to 5 pm

Job Description:

1. Medical background preferred.
2. Must have strong attention to detail, patience when working with patients/customers, multitasking ability, and excellent customer service skills.
3. Supporting the Cardiomems group.
4. Technical support role.
5. Handling patient calls in the center.
6. High call volume at times.
7. Listening and computer skills are necessary.
8. Medical background not necessary but preferred.
9. 1-2 years of experience or an Associate degree with 3-5 years of experience will suffice.
10. Operational support background (sales/tech support) will also be considered in lieu of medical experience.
11. Full training will be provided.
12. Ideal candidates are flexible, detail-oriented, good at multitasking, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
13. Technical aptitude is highly desirable.
