An established industry player is seeking a Technician I for their Remote Care Technical Support team. Duration: 12 months (potential to transition to permanent)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Timings: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Note: This is not a remote position and will be in the office.
The candidate(s) will join the Remote Care Technical Support team in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment. Calls must be accurately logged and data accurately entered using prescribed tools and processes. Calls handled may be incoming or outgoing, and proper handling of patient information is critical. Training and phone mentoring will be provided.
