Job description

Title: Technician I, Remote Care

Duration: 12 months (potential to transition to permanent)


Location: Atlanta, GA


Timings: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday


Note: This is not a remote position and will be in the office.


Summary:

The candidate(s) will join the Remote Care Technical Support team in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment. Calls must be accurately logged and data accurately entered using prescribed tools and processes. Calls handled may be incoming or outgoing, and proper handling of patient information is critical. Training and phone mentoring will be provided.


Description:
  • Medical background preferred.
  • Candidates must have strong attention to detail, be able to exercise patience while working with patients/customers, multi-tasking ability, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Supporting CardioMEMS group.
  • Technical support role.
  • Patients call in center. Can be high volume at times.
  • Listening and computer skills necessary.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Med background not necessary but preferred.

Education/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience or Associate's degree with 3-5 years of experience will work.
  • Operational support background (sales/tech support) will work in lieu of medical experience.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Candidates who are flexible, detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
  • Technical aptitude also highly desirable.
  • Candidates must be local.
  • No relocation at own expense.
