Position Details:
  • Title: Technician - Customer Service Care
  • Location: Onsite - Atlanta, Georgia 30313
  • Duration: 12+ months with high extension potential
  • Pay Range: $22-24/hr
Job Summary:

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, patience when dealing with patients/customers, multi-tasking abilities, and excellent customer service skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must be prepared to work 100% onsite supporting the Cardiomems group in a technical support role. The role involves handling patient calls, which can be high volume, requiring good listening and computer skills, as well as troubleshooting abilities. A medical background is not necessary but preferred; operational support experience (sales/tech support) will also be considered. Full training will be provided.

We highly value candidates who are flexible, detail-oriented, adept at multi-tasking, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Technical aptitude is also highly desirable. Candidates must be local; no relocation expenses will be covered.
