Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring in-home caregivers to support health plan members and private clients in Culver City, CA. You’ll schedule with the CareLinx app, choose from part-time or per-diem shifts, and play a vital role in daily living activities and companionship.

Onboarded caregivers work with the CarePartner team to find matches based on client needs and availability. This role emphasizes privacy, compassion, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing and grooming.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Support transportation and errands as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping

Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team

Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp

Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
