Job summary

WellTheory Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead to scale Care Team operations through forecasting, capacity modeling, and scalable processes.

You'll work with Care, Product, Marketing, and Finance to inform staffing decisions, hiring timelines, and operational improvements, reporting to the Co-Founder and Head of Ops. This is a fully remote role supporting growth from the US market.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in operations, strategy, workforce planning, or capacity management.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with BI tools.
• Experience scaling care delivery or workforce models in healthcare/tech.
• Ability to define workflows and operate in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce capacity modeling and forecasting based on growth and care delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with Care leadership to define productivity, caseload, and staffing strategy.
• Partner with Marketing and Product to anticipate needs and plan staffing.
• Analyze performance metrics to surface operational improvements.
• Create scalable tools, dashboards, and workflows aligning people and process.
• Support hiring plans, onboarding ramps, and ongoing performance monitoring.
