Job summary

One Call seeks an internal case management support specialist to ensure top-tier care coordination for injured workers. You will collaborate with all business units to deliver timely services at optimal cost based on clinical needs, supporting the carrier until case closure.

Qualifications

• R.N. L.P.N. or M.A. with a minimum of two years of experience or the equivalent combination of One Call processes and education.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with care coordination concepts and clinical workflow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review injury cases; coordinate care and evaluate treatment plans.
• Perform initial referral review and call to summarize needs and care steps.
• Determine needs by interviewing, reviewing records, and planning services.
• Set up treatment programs, schedules, and arrange transportation or escorts.
• Monitor cases, advocate for services, and update progress in records.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate referrals and improve care results.
• Provide educational resources and support staff development as needed.
• Assist in discharge planning and post-discharge resource coordination.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement efforts.
