One Call is seeking an internal case management support professional to ensure a seamless continuum of care for injured workers. You will collaborate with multiple business units to coordinate services, monitor treatment plans, and support discharge processes in a remote-first environment.

Ideal candidates bring RN/LPn/MA credentials with at least two years of related experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills to manage complex caseloads and ensure cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare coordination or case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate care for injured workers and actions to ensure timely services.
