Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to obtain information and document accurately.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy services.
• Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and coverage eligibility.
• Provide prior authorizations and appeals support.
• Assist patients with enrollment in copay assistance programs.
• Maintain quality standards and meet KPIs.
