Qualifications

• Less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Administrative support experience in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with care and well-being resources.
• Must reside in, or commutable to Schaumburg or downtown Chicago, and be onsite 1–2 days/week.
• Preferred: Microsoft Access proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs.
• Contribute to administration of care management and guide members toward resources.
• Perform computations and handle semi-routine administrative/operational tasks.
