Job summary

Work with Willow, in partnership with a mental health private practice, is seeking a Care Coordinator for a full-time remote role, ideally near the Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling, and clinical coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role supports clients from their first contact, handling data entry, records, and billing assistance as needed. Compensation is hourly, with 32–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination or receptionist role in healthcare or mental health settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment calendars and schedule clients with clinicians.
• Coordinate with clinicians to confirm schedules and relay client updates.
• Perform data entry, filing, client records, and assist billing or office duties.
• Create a welcoming and supportive experience for clients from first contact.
