Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. seeks a Care Coordination Program Trainer to support training across Child First implementing partner organizations. This remote role develops, delivers, and sustains training ensuring fidelity and equity in early childhood mental health practice.

You will co-lead training agendas, manage LMS-related tasks, and collaborate on curriculum updates to strengthen workforce development and organizational sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human development and family studies, early childhood education, public health, counseling, sociology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the role of Child First Care Coordinator required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of infant and early childhood development, including social-emotional development and IECMH.
• Strong understanding of the Child First model and high-fidelity implementation.
• Experience developing and delivering trainings using adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into practical guidance.
• Knowledge of reflective practice and relationship-based work with practitioners.
• Experience with diverse families and culturally responsive approaches.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Travel up to ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and/or cofacilitate live-remote and in-person training sessions for the Child First network.
• Lead model-specific consultation calls supporting model implementation.
• Support LMS administration, session registrations, attendance, and reporting.
• Co-lead development of training agendas and update resources (e.g., Padlet).
• Continuously improve training curricula and update materials as needed.
• Review feedback and participate in quality improvement plans for training.
