Job summary

Changent is seeking a Care Coordination Program Trainer to support training efforts for Child First implementing partner organizations. The role involves facilitating live remote and in-person trainings, co-leading agenda development, and ensuring training resources stay current and evidence-informed.

The position emphasizes organizational equity, community needs, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to promote high-fidelity implementation of the Child First model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and delivering trainings using adult learning principles.
• Ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual trainings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and/or cofacilitate live-remote and in-person training sessions to support the Child First network.
• Lead model-specific consultation calls supporting implementation.
• Collaborate with the training team to manage LMS sessions, registrations, attendance, and reports.
