Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing care, interfaces with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and ensure timely scheduling and communication for recurring visits. The role emphasizes proactive process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The position is fully remote based in the US, with a 40-hour workweek and shifts in PST time.

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.

• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple platforms; eager to learn.

• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Float Health's technology and platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients.
• Respond to and manageZendesk tickets per shift, ensuring timely resolution.
• Answer inbound calls from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data, share insights, and provide feedback.
• Proactively brainstorm process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
