Job summary

Oscar, the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform, is hiring a Care Coordinator. This role serves as the central entry point for the Care Management team, coordinating care for members in CCM, RAP, and other programs while supporting RN managers.

You will handle administrative tasks, arrange non-emergent transportation, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a positive member experience from a remote home office, with occasional travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with care coordination and navigation in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with EMRs (e.g., Medecision) and telephony systems (e.g., InContact) for seamless workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary bridge and entry point for all members and providers working with the Care Management team.
• Handle inbound calls from members and providers with optimized routing for one-call resolution.
• Manage care coordination across CCM, RAP, and other programs in various settings while maintaining confidentiality.
