Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our Member and Provider Services team. This remote role, based in Arizona, handles daily customer interactions and back-office tasks following SOPs.

You will report to the Concierge Operations Manager and may travel for team events. The position emphasizes high-volume, patient-centric service with focus on accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
• 6+ months of healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's processes, procedures and tools.
• Interact with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors across channels.
• Manage an assigned caseload to maintain service delivery, productivity and quality.
• Build working relationships with partners and escalate issues per procedures.
• Support leadership by identifying issues through established escalation paths.
• Monitor and track health of all work-in-progress items.
• Escalate and resolve issues to meet turnaround times.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Comply with PHI laws and regulations.
