Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field.
• 2+ years of managed care experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid.
• 1+ years of Quality/Compliance experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting trends.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• Progressive experience in the health solutions industry, with emphasis with leading and managing teams.
• Proving track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Must not exceed 3 hours driving time to the region they are leading (Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Deland).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Care Coaches and ensure team compliance.
• Support metric-driven reports and identify barriers to overcome.
• Maintain caseload ratios while minimizing mileage and overtime.
• Collaborate across departments and conduct area meetings with other managers.
