Job summary

Humana is seeking a Care Manager Assistant to support care management administration and nonclinical assessment activities. The role involves evaluating enrollees, guiding them and families to appropriate resources, and handling moderately complex administrative tasks to ensure high-quality care and wellbeing.

The position is remote with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings. The ideal candidate resides in Oklahoma and has healthcare admin experience with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of Oklahoma.
• 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Administration support experience in a healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with care and well-being resources.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Care Management administration.
• Provide nonclinical support to the assessment.
• Evaluate Enrollees' needs and requirements to achieve or maintain optimal wellness.
• Guide Enrollees/families toward and facilitates interaction with appropriate resources for their care and wellbeing.
• Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
• Performs computations and typically work on semi-routine assignments.
