Job summary

Lantheus is a radiopharmaceutical-focused company seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to cover the Austin, TX area. This remote-capable role emphasizes building relationships, delivering clinical insights, and advancing the DEFINITY strategy across hospitals and clinics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based capacity with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or equivalent industries.
• Proficient in using computer software applications and video conferencing platforms, to include MS Office and CRM
• Strong oral and written communications skills, with ability to present clinical information in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop effective strategies, and quickly implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with DEFINITY Marketing and Sales strategy.
• Uncover customer needs and apply marketing resources to satisfy them, overcome objections, and advance the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across settings (sonographers, medical directors, etc.).
• Communicate economic impact of LMI products to financial stakeholders and provide reimbursement support.
