Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist to join the Cardiac Rhythm Management team. This field-based role supports physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff with CRM products, blending engineering, sales, and education in a fast-paced environment.

Remote work within the United States is supported, with travel as needed. You will respond to inquiries, build strong customer relationships, lead training, and assist CRM Sales reps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Must have the capability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products upon field inquiries.
• Develops and leads training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
