Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology or related procedures.
Experience with Microsoft Office and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for CRM products.
Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals and sales staff.
Develop and facilitate CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
Maintain deep knowledge of CRM products, trends and competitors.
Support CRM sales reps as needed.
