Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist based in the United States, remote in many locations. You will respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals and staff, providing engineering, educational and clinical support for CRM products.

You will develop and deliver training, support CRM Sales, and maintain deep product knowledge to support customers and field teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field or healthcare experience.
• 3+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Able to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines.
• Independent, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
