Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist for a remote field-based role in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients and sales staff, leveraging comprehensive engineering and clinical knowledge of CRM products.

You will lead trainings, provide educational support, and collaborate with engineers, vendors and customers to solve complex problems while maintaining high standards of clinical and technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a certified cardiac training program.
• Capability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology/electrophysiology and related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab/operating room protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop and facilitate CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.
