Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist. This field-based role in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division supports physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff with CRM product inquiries and technical guidance.

You will coordinate engineering, sales, education, and clinical support, develop training sessions, and help CRM sales teams with back-up support, while maintaining strong knowledge of CRM products and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Builds and sustains credible relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develops and leads training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
