Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Associate Clinical Specialist for a field-based role in Charlotte, NC within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff.

Responsibilities include serving as the clinical interface, building customer relationships, delivering CRM product training, and backing up CRM Sales Representatives; a Bachelor's in Bio-Medical Engineering and 0–2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 0–2 years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.

Responsibilities

• Clinical interface: acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Relationship building: demonstrate the ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly.
• Comprehensive support: provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on CRM products.
• Training and education: develop, lead, and/or facilitate training sessions and other programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Sales support: provide additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
