Job summary

Abbott is seeking a field-based CRM Associate Clinical Specialist based in Charlotte, NC, to provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff while building credible relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio‑Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 0–2 years of related experience or a CRM training program certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electro‑physiology procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Interface: Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Relationship Building: Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Comprehensive Support: Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Training and Education: Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions on CRM products.
• Sales Support: Provides back‑up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
