Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Must have CRM product certifications.
• Profound knowledge of cardiology and electrophysiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for CRM products.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.
• Act as senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly.
• Develop and lead CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide additional back-up support to Cardiac Rhythm Team in sales, regional training, data collection, and in‑service training.
