The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare experience, with 0–2 years of related experience or CRM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Program certification in CRM or ability to obtain CRM certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products in response to field inquiries.
• Develops and leads training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
