Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field, 2+ years of healthcare experience, and the ability to obtain CRM product certification. Travel up to 25% is required; remote work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 2+ years of related experience or a program certification in cardiac training.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or related procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff regarding CRM products.
• Provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support as needed.
• Develop and deliver CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Assist CRM Sales Representatives with back-up support as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of CRM products, trends, and competitors.
