Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a CRM Associate Clinical Specialist for a field-based role across the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. Based in Charlotte, NC with remote options, you will support physicians, healthcare professionals, and field staff with CRM products and training.

You will engage in clinical and technical education, build customer relationships, and assist sales teams, while ensuring compliance and ongoing professional certification in CRM products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare experience.
• Minimum 0–2 years of related experience or program certification in cardiac training.
• Capability to obtain CRM product certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on CRM products.
• Develop and lead training sessions for healthcare professionals on CRM products.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
