Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist for a field-based role in Myrtle Beach, SC, within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products, responding to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff.

You will build relationships, deliver training, and back up CRM Sales. A Biomedical Engineering degree or related field, 2+ years of experience, and CRM certification

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 2+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
• Experience with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Interface: acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Relationship Building: build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Comprehensive Support: provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Training and Education: develop, lead, and/or facilitate CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Sales Support: provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
