Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a committed national sales education professional to lead CRM education and training across multiple accounts within the territory. This remote role requires residency within the territory and driving to accounts; a valid driver's license is essential.

Responsibilities include leading regional education on CRM procedures, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, and delivering tailored training to physicians, fellows, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in CRM or implantable medical devices.
• Experience teaching/educating medical personnel and peers is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education and training activities in CRM procedures and product launches.
• Partner with leadership, field and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and barriers to regional performance.
• Provide feedback to product development, quality, education and marketing teams on product performance.
• Serve as customer and field technical resource in CRM; educate physicians, fellows and AHPs; interpret clinical evidence.
• Provide implant or clinic coverage as requested by regional needs.
