Job summary

Medtronic in the Baltimore area is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to provide technical support for CRM devices, educate staff, and help meet sales and customer service objectives.

The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%), weekend and holiday coverage as needed, and the ability to work in clinical environments with appropriate safety measures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years in healthcare, field sales, or related analytical work.
• Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 4 years in healthcare, field sales, or related analytical work.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 2 years in healthcare, field sales, or related analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, including system checks and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate operational support: patient documentation, inventory, and equipment resources management.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field teams on CRM products and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Identify opportunities, support purchase orders, and provide feedback to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of CRM products and patient management offerings.
