Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Cardiac Rhythm Management Technical Field Engineer to lead regional education and training for CRM procedures and product launches in a remote capacity across the Northwest region. The role requires travel to clinics and hospitals within the territory and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include coordinating training with sales leadership, delivering clinical education, and ensuring technical and regulatory compliance while partnering with product and education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in CRM/implantable devices.
• Advanced degree in engineering or nursing is considered equivalent.
• Experience teaching medical personnel and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education and training for CRM procedures and launches.
• Collaborate with sales, field, and cross-functional teams to improve district performance.
• Provide technical and clinical expertise at customer sites and in trainings.
• Support new product and procedural field training with clinical evidence delivery.
