Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support CRM devices and therapies across the greater Los Angeles territory. The role involves technical, educational, operational, and sales support, with extensive travel to customer accounts and coverage during weekends or after hours as needed.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma with significant healthcare or sales experience; a Bachelor's degree and nursing or biomedical background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus a minimum 6 years of healthcare, field sales or related experience.
• Associate’s Degree plus a minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, perform system checks/interrogations, assist implants, troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate operational support: patient documentation, inventory, equipment resources, and programmer software.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field teams on CRM products and solutions; support onboarding of new staff.
