Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Austin, TX to secure new business and manage a sales area independently. This role involves direct client consultations across clinical settings, training, product service, and reimbursement support.

You will drive the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery, build long-term partnerships, and regularly travel up to 90% to meet targets and support customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, including MS Teams.
• Post offer, credentialing for hospital system entry including vaccination, background check, drug screening, and HIPAA training.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans for Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care.
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery.
• Build long-term partnerships and manage pipeline.
• Respond to client issues and maintain records.
