Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a financial institution.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail in documentation and investigations.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor card fraud detection systems and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve fraud and dispute claims with members, merchants, processors, and law enforcement.
• Provide timely support to branches and departments and escalate issues when necessary.
• Gather, evaluate, and document evidence for investigations and prepare Visa-compliant chargeback documentation.
• Share relevant fraud information with internal teams and external authorities for recovery and prevention.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements, audits, and Visa dispute updates.
• Process reimbursements, update claims systems, and perform daily administrative tasks.
