Job summary

Golden1 is seeking an Enterprise Fraud - Card Investigations Representative to research and evaluate member account activity for fraudulent transactions across debit, credit, ATM, and Zelle channels. You will process a high-volume caseload, detect and report suspicious activity, initiate preventative actions, and document investigations in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required.
• Experience: 2+ years in card fraud or dispute investigation.
• Knowledge: Visa regulations and banking regulations applicable to debits/credits.
• Strong communication skills with members, merchants, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve card fraud and dispute claims.
• Research and review documents for fraud/ non-fraud claims; provide documentation for chargebacks.
• Communicate findings to VISA, Mastercard, merchants, and members; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to recover assets.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and internal procedures.
