Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking an experienced Manager of Card Compliance Operations to oversee the day-to-day compliance and legal support for our credit card business. You will partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, Customer Service, and bank partners to ensure regulatory obligations are met with precision.

The role can be performed remotely within the Continental United States, with preference for Salt Lake City or Chicago areas. A strong background in U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk management, or audit within financial services.
• Experience supporting U.S. consumer credit card products and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily compliance and legal support for the credit card business.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, requests, and attorney inquiries.
• Review customer complaints and support VOC submissions to drive corrective actions.
• Serve as Records Custodian for regulatory, legal, and litigation matters.
• Provide day-to-day compliance consultation to business partners.
