Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a Manager of Card Compliance Operations to lead the day-to-day compliance and legal support for our credit card business. You will partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, and bank partners to ensure regulatory obligations are met with precision and consistency.

This role may be performed remotely within the Continental United States, with preference for candidates in the Salt Lake City or Chicago metro areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk management, or audit within financial services.
• Experience with U.S. consumer credit card products.
• Knowledge of TILA/Regulation Z, FCBA, FDCPA, FCRA, EFTA, UDAAP principles, and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compliance and legal support functions for the credit card business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor across the organization to ensure regulatory requests are handled accurately.
• Support bank partners, legal, operations, and business leaders to meet regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, records requests, and legal process.
• Review and fulfill law enforcement requests and regulatory audits.
• Provide day-to-day compliance consultation to business partners.
