Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a Manager of Card Compliance Operations to lead the day-to-day compliance and legal support for our credit card program. You will partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, and bank partners to ensure regulatory obligations are met with precision and consistency.

The role may be performed remotely across the Continental United States, with preference for candidates in Salt Lake City or Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk management, or audit within financial services.
• Significant experience supporting U.S. consumer credit card products.
• Strong working knowledge of consumer financial laws and regulations (e.g., TILA/Reg Z, FCBA, FDCPA, FCRA, EFTA).
• Experience handling subpoenas, attorney correspondence, search warrants, and document production.
• Familiarity with bank partner oversight in fintech.”
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compliance and legal support for the credit card business.
• Respond to subpoenas, record requests, and attorney inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Serve as Records Custodian for regulatory, legal, and litigation matters.
• Coordinate bank partner reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Provide day-to-day compliance consultation to business partners.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, and Customer Service teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls.
