Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Federal Capture Lead to drive strategic growth across the DOE and NNSA markets. This role focuses on leading high-value federal pursuits, developing winning capture strategies, and expanding QGS’s presence in critical infrastructure sectors.

The incumbent will own campaigns from opportunity to win, collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders in a Fortune 500 parent company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Track record capturing and winning federal work, ideally in DOE/NNSA or nuclear markets.
• Understanding of how DOE/NNSA M&O contractors buy and how SCMC vehicle is used.
• Strong capture discipline: positioning, win strategy, teaming, and proposal inputs.
• Existing relationships with DOE/NNSA site stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own capture strategy for DOE and NNSA pursuits from positioning to proposal support.
• Develop win strategy and competitive approach for each pursuit including teaming and pricing posture.
• Lead customer and partner relationship campaigns at DOE and NNSA sites and with M&O contractors.
• Build capture plan and gate readiness for Pink/Red/Gold reviews.
• Identify Quanta operating companies to anchor each pursuit and coordinate intercompany agreements.
• Maintain a disciplined pursuit pipeline and travel as needed to meet milestones.
• Support the vertical's growth objectives with additional duties as assigned.
