The role focuses on sourcing high-potential minority investments and tuck-in acquisitions, executing transactions, and serving as the Capital Solutions expert for the business development group.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting.
• 2-4 years in a similar acquisitive wealth management role; required.
• Proven experience sourcing high-quality investment and M&A opportunities.
• Proven track record building detailed financial models for minority investments or M&A.
• Experience creating IC-style memos and executive presentations.

Aufgaben

• Source and develop a pipeline for minority and tuck-in acquisitions within the Advisor base.
• Structure and advance Capital Solutions opportunities from sourcing to closing.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, accretion/dilution, returns).
• Analyze target firms' financials and business models to support valuation and risk assessment.
• Prepare deal memos, summaries, and exhibits for stakeholders.
• Present value proposition to Advisors with credibility and gravitas.
• Create and refine pitch materials tying numbers to narratives.
