RFG Advisory seeks a Director, Capital Solutions to originate and execute strategic transactions with independent Advisors nationwide. You will build a sourcing engine for tuck-ins, lead structure and execution, and act as the Capital Solutions expert for the BD team.

The role demands flawless financial modeling, executive-level communication, and comfort leading discussions with senior Advisors, with hybrid remote or Birmingham, AL options and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or consulting.
• 2-4 years in a similar acquisitive wealth management role and proven deal sourcing.
• Strong modeling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Source minority investments and tuck-in acquisitions within the Advisor base.
• Build and analyze transaction models (DCF, accretion/dilution, returns).
• Prepare memos, deal summaries, and investor-ready materials.
• Lead deal execution from term sheet to closing and support business development.
