Job summary
RFG Advisory, LLC is seeking a Director of Capital Solutions to originate and execute minority investments and tuck-in acquisitions, reporting to the CFO. The role blends strategic sourcing with rigorous financial modeling, requiring comfort leading high-level discussions with Advisors and a strong track record in M&A and corporate development.
The position supports a PE-backed growth platform, with hybrid work options including a Birmingham office or remote, travel as needed, and a compensation
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting.
- 2–4 years in a similar role at an acquisitive wealth-management firm or broker-dealer; required.
- Proven track record in sourcing investment and M&A opportunities.
- Experience building detailed financial models to support minority investments or M&A.
- Experience creating management or IC-style presentations for senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Source minority investments and tuck-in acquisitions through a proprietary pipeline.
- Structure and advance Capital Solutions opportunities from term sheet to close.
- Prepare memos, deal summaries, and exhibits for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain transaction models (DCF, accretion/dilution, returns).
- Develop and refine pitch materials and decks combining numbers, narrative, and visuals.
