Qualifications

5–10 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting.
2–4 years in a similar role at an acquisitive wealth management firm or broker-dealer actively pursuing M&A.
Proven track record sourcing high-quality investment and M&A opportunities.
Strong financial modeling and executive presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deal origination & market development for minority investments and tuck‑in acquisitions.
Build and own a proprietary sourcing engine and structured deal pipeline.
Convey value propositions to Advisors and manage deal execution from term sheet to close.
Prepare IC-style memos, deal summaries, and supporting exhibits.
Create and refine pitch decks with clear numbers, narrative, and visuals.
