Job summary

RFG Advisory is seeking a Director, Capital Solutions to drive sourcing of minority investments and tuck-in acquisitions, and to lead deal execution from term sheet to close. The role also serves as the Capital Solutions expert for the BD team, building models and presenting to senior Advisors.

You can sit in our Birmingham, AL office on a hybrid schedule or work remotely with occasional travel to Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• CFA, MBA, or CA designation is a strong plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in relevant fields (banking/PE/CC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop minority/majority investments and tuck-in acquisitions.
• Lead deal execution from term sheet to close with cross-functional teams.
• Create and present IC-style memos and investor decks for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, accretion/dilution, returns).
